About the Company
Our Guiding Principle
Do good work. Do the right thing. Take responsibility. Help others grow.
Our Vision
To build a trusted company that creates lasting value for clients, people and society.
eFinancialz aspires to be known for integrity, excellence, responsible growth and the positive impact we create beyond our business.
Our Mission
To serve Canadian CPA and accounting firms with reliable, high-quality outsourced accounting services, while building a company grounded in integrity, accountability, respect and service.
We believe in doing what is right, taking responsibility, developing our people and using our success to create opportunities and give back to the community.
About eFinancialz Incorporated
eFinancialz was founded on a simple belief: professional accounting is ultimately an act of trust.
A Canadian CPA firm does not simply entrust us with accounting work. It entrusts us with information belonging to its clients, its deadlines, its professional reputation and, ultimately, the confidence those clients place in the firm.
That responsibility is at the foundation of our company.
We respect the responsibility that comes with serving Canadian CPA and accounting firms. Behind every engagement is a client, a business and a professional reputation that deserves to be treated with care. Our ambition is therefore not to be just another outsourced accounting provider, but a trusted long-term partner whose work reflects the same integrity and professional standards we would expect of ourselves.
And we believe a company should stand for something beyond its own success. Business should create value, earn trust and contribute positively to the people and communities it touches.
That is the company we are building—one defined not only by the work we do, but by the character with which we do it.
About the Founder
Gaurav Aggarwal qualified as an accountant in India through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has approximately 12 years of professional experience across three countries, including five years at a mid-sized Greater Toronto Area accounting firm, supporting Canadian accounting professionals on compilation engagements, financial statements and T2 corporate tax return preparation.
Gaurav is licensed as a Chartered Accountant in India only, through ICAI membership. He holds no Canadian accounting designation, is not a member of CPA Ontario or any other Canadian provincial CPA body, and is not authorized to practise public accounting in Canada. eFinancialz Incorporated is not a CPA firm, is not a licensed public accounting firm, and performs no assurance engagements — no audits, reviews, or compilations are issued under its own name. All client-facing professional judgment and sign-off remain with the engaging CPA firm.
But experience alone does not define how we approach the work.
Accounting is ultimately a profession built on trust, integrity and responsibility. Behind every balance sheet, tax return and financial statement is a business owner who is relying on the information to make important decisions — and a CPA who is placing their professional reputation behind the work.
That responsibility matters to us.
The aim is not to become another outsourced accounting vendor but to become the kind of trusted accounting partner that Canadian CPA and accounting firms can depend on — people who understand the importance of their clients, their deadlines and the reputation attached to every file.
At the heart of our business is a simple principle:
Do good work. Tell the truth. Take responsibility. Leave every client and every professional relationship better than we found it.
That principle guides how we serve Canadian accounting firms and CPA practices with outsourced accounting, compilation engagements and T2 tax return preparation — and it matters to us just as much as the numbers themselves.
The principles are simple. Do the right thing, even when nobody is watching. Be accurate because people depend on the numbers. Be transparent when something is uncertain rather than hide behind assumptions. Take responsibility when things go wrong, and learn from them. Treat every commitment with consistency, because trust is earned through actions repeated over time.
Start with two or three files.
No minimum commitment. See how the work holds up before deciding on anything more.
